Service Description
Mini Sessions & Family Photography Description: Our Mini and Family Sessions are the perfect way to capture beautiful moments with your loved ones. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, capturing a maternity memory, or just wanting fun, exciting photos with balloons and confetti, these sessions are designed to create lasting memories. From grandparents to parents and little ones, this is a great opportunity to get everyone together for some special photos. (pets welcome but must message to discuss) Each session includes: • A 30-minute photoshoot (1 set up/ background option) • An online gallery to view and choose your images • 5 edited digital downloads, available in both color and black & white We like to provide a diverse selection of images, but if you’d like more, additional options are available: • Digital Downloads: £10 each, 5 for £35, or 10 for £60 • 6x8 Mounted Prints: £10 each, or 3 for £25 • Gift Options: Keyrings & fridge magnets (£6 each), canvases, photobooks, mugs, wall art, and more. What to Wear: For a cohesive look, we recommend choosing outfits in similar colors (they don’t need to match exactly but should complement one another). Try to avoid busy patterns or tops with too much writing, which can distract from the photos. Whether you love bright colors or prefer classic black and white, the choice is yours. I’m here to guide you through the process to ensure you get stunning, timeless photos. If you’re unsure about what to wear, feel free to reach out for advice! These sessions are all about fun, excitement, and capturing memories that will last a lifetime.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations and rescheduling: Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your booking, there will be no charge if at least 48 hours' notice is provided before your scheduled time. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a £20 fee. - If you are needing to Rescheduling your booking 2 times or more with me, you will need to re book your session and re pay your deposit (original deposit will be lost) -For cake smash sessions, if the cake has already been collected, rescheduling within 4 days will not incur an additional cake charge. However, if a new cake needs to be made, there will be an additional charge of £35. Cancellations Without Rescheduling: If you cancel your booking without rescheduling, your deposit is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued once a service is booked, unless the cancellation is initiated by the photographer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy ensures we can accommodate all our clients effectively while covering the time and costs involved.
