Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations and rescheduling: Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your booking, there will be no charge if at least 48 hours' notice is provided before your scheduled time. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a £20 fee. - If you are needing to Rescheduling your booking 2 times or more with me, you will need to re book your session and re pay your deposit (original deposit will be lost) -For cake smash sessions, if the cake has already been collected, rescheduling within 4 days will not incur an additional cake charge. However, if a new cake needs to be made, there will be an additional charge of £35. Cancellations Without Rescheduling: If you cancel your booking without rescheduling, your deposit is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued once a service is booked, unless the cancellation is initiated by the photographer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy ensures we can accommodate all our clients effectively while covering the time and costs involved.
